What's the difference between the two packages?
The Online Presence Package gets your business online with a professional site that captures leads — up to 5 pages, contact form, basic SEO, 14 days of post-launch support, and 3 months of managed hosting included. The Customer Acquisition System is built to rank on Google and convert visitors into customers — up to 8 pages, advanced SEO, blog, booking integration, analytics dashboard, 30 days of priority support, and 3 months of managed hosting included. If you're starting fresh and just need to show up professionally, start with Presence. If you want your site to actively grow your business, go with Acquisition.
How does payment work?
Your project is a fixed flat fee — what you see is what you pay, with no surprise invoices. We split it into two milestones: 50% to kick off the project, and the remaining 50% when the site is ready to launch. Hosting and your domain are separate costs, but the build itself is fully fixed from day one.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes. Every site we build is optimized for Core Web Vitals from day one. If your site scores below 80 on mobile PageSpeed within 30 days of launch, we will keep working on it at no charge until it does. We stand behind the performance of everything we ship.
What if I need more pages than the package includes?
Extra pages can be added at $99 per page. If your project looks like it will go beyond what a package covers, we will tell you upfront before we start — no surprises mid-build.
Do I own my website after it's built?
Yes — completely. You own 100% of your website and all the content. We can transfer the full project to a Vercel account in your name, hand off the code to your developer, or keep it on our hosting with you as the owner. It's always yours to move.
How does the process work after I pay?
After you get in touch we confirm your package, send a short brief to fill in, and schedule a kick-off call if needed. From there we design and build while keeping you updated. You review the site before it goes live. No surprises.
Is a monthly plan required after the build?
No — and the first 3 months are already included with every package at no extra charge. After your included period ends you have two options: Stay With Us ($49/month — we handle hosting, SSL, backups, and uptime), or Take It With You (we transfer the project to a free Vercel account in your name at no ongoing cost). We will not send you a monthly bill unless you have chosen to continue.
Do you build on WordPress?
No — all our sites are built with Next.js, which gives you meaningfully faster page loads, better Google Lighthouse scores, and nothing to patch, update, or get hacked. Many of our clients come from WordPress sites that required constant maintenance and still underperformed on mobile and search. Just let us know what your workflow looks like and we'll find the right fit.
