Scope of work

Review exactly what is and is not included before payment. We want everything agreed up front so there are no surprises once work begins.

General terms

The remaining 50% package balance is due before your domain is pointed and the site goes live. We will send a secure invoice.
Full ownership of the website and all custom work transfers to you upon receipt of final payment.
Post-launch support covers bugs and issues within the agreed project scope only — not new feature requests or additional pages.
Additional work outside the agreed scope is quoted and approved separately before any work begins.
Freshly Designs retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and case studies unless you request otherwise in writing.
